Worked fine. Just didn't work for me.
Two months in, no noticeable sleep improvement, no real benefits I could point to. Also no side effects, which I'll take. Easy on the stomach, clean label, nothing to complain about beyond the fact that they just didn't do much for me. Might work better for you. Didn't move the needle for me.

Great Magnesium Supplement
This magnesium supplement was a game changer for my sleep! I have been sleeping so well since taking this supplement. With magnesium, not all are created equal. Most magnesium supplements on the market are the cheaper forms which are not very bio-available. The best forms to take are the chelated forms, which all firms of mag in this supplement are, so they are being used by your hody! Great value for what you are getting, as well.

Not sure about this. Label on bottle isn’t the label pictured on Amazon. Bottle doesn’t state how much of each type of magnesium.
