What factor is best for medium to dark complexion?

I've got dark afro Caribbean complexion, never had sun burn in my life, i noticed a spot on my tummy and my gp referred me for an appointment with a dermatologist for suspected skin cancer. PLEASE ALWAYS USE SUN PROTECTION even if you are dark skinned. My gp suggests SPF30 as a minimum to be safe and avoid the sun in the hottest part of the day.

What is the UVA rating for this sun cream?

I bought SPF20 and SPF30. SPF20 has got 3 star UVA rating at the back, whilst SPF30 has got 4 stars.
