Great value! Charged battery when I received it and it works great! Picked it up as a back up for a couple cordless tools and it hold a charge better than the original (which now has some age on it).Received battery as described and within time specified by seller. Would buy again.

Battery arrived promptly. It matched the product battery and appears to be working well at this time. I have not attempted to recharge it as yet due to the Nic/Cad characteristics of loosing full charge characteristic if not fully drained before recharging, so can't verify that phase of the replacement quality. I was hoping the manufacturer had graduated to Lithium batteries by now, but hopefully eventually we will phase out these high volatae NiCad's.

These units (I bought two) both charged up quickly and are holding their charges nicely when at rest...exactly what I hoped they would do.

My original opinion in 2015:: Good for the price, but recharge does not hold up as well as the original Ryobi battery. Could be put to good use for anyone that doesn't need a perfect Ryobi battery.UPDATED JUNE, 2017, Discarded the 2 batteries over a year ago because they were always discharged when I needed to use them. I purchased genuine Ryobi batteries that are very dependable and well worth the money.

So far it works great. Let's put some cycles of recharge on it then the real story can be told...

The battery pack I ordered was an exact replacement for the Ryobi model I had previously. It has performed just as I wanted and needed it to do. Another plus is the cost was 30% cheaper than Ryobi's battery. Thanks for making a product that you and I can be proud of. Rod and Donna Carlson

purchased this in May 2015, I'm giving it two stars because it worked fantastic for the first three months, Charged fast and held a charge to trim my whole yard, Within the last month every time I charge it, the charge lasts about one minute, I've tried letting it go down to absolutely dead and still didn't work, Very disappointed, I will try to contact the seller for replacement,
