Received the product. It came locked. I called AT&T. They would not unlock the device since it’s still under contract with someone. Can only use the product under AT&T.

Typically, there was nothing wrong with it. Except, it was not fitting and able to accessible on the cruise because mostly of the hotspot is only working properly well on underground only, not available for the cruise such as connectivity, speed of the hotspot, ease of setup was also a normal functioning and battery life, too. It did nice compatibility with any operating system also. Yeah, it is also a valuable for money.

It was actually new and not refurbished. I put in my old SIM card and it worked perfectly.

Fast and affordable.
Works like it should. Easy to set up . Fast. I've only used it for one small event , and it worked 10 hours straight with out pluging in . This is a very important link for us as a food vendor we reply on Fast card transactions when we are working big events .
