Yes, I am using mine on Windows 10You ask if I know why yours won't work. I can't help but will say that I have a different windows 10 machine attached to a wide screen monitor and that W10 insists on sending a stretched 4:3 picture to the screen so I suppose that it will not recognise that monitor
