This heating pad is a win-win. I have thick ankles and it covers my whole ankle and foot securely. It has three settings, high, medium, and low and has three different time setting’s five minutes 15 minutes and 30 minutes, It really heats ups It is a cord so you have to be next to an outlet. That’s the only inconvenient, but the product deliver exactly what it is made for heating sensation to release and Relieve you from your aches and pain.

This works exactly as I need. I like that it covers the entire heel and Achilles tendon. I always wear a sock with it, heat it to high, which gets pretty hot, then turn it down to medium.

It does get very warm on the highest setting which is great. Some negatives are I do wish the cord length was a little longer, it can make it hard to get in a comfortable position when it's on. I also which the front portion got hot as that's one area I have soreness. I've found for me it's best to use this with a sock on (again gets very hot) and it is effective at relieving tension to an area.

I'm pleasantly suprised. This unit is so simple to use. For a small heater is works very well. Gives enough heat & the foot in the cuff is a perfect size. Plug it in, sit back & relax. Shuts off automatically after one hour. Keep the box for easy storage.

This little thing right here is AMAZING. I was very skeptical at first but this has been a life saver for my injured ankle. I broke my ankle many years ago and just started running again and was in pain from my stiff ankle. Slap this bad boy on every night now. It gets HOT which is GREAT I only use it on the highest setting which might even be too hot at times but it feels fantastic on my ankle. You can feel the heat all around! Outside, inside, bottom and back THE WHOLE THING GETS HOT. I have a size 7 foot so my foot is pretty small but it’s very adjustable to accommodate much bigger feet. Don’t hesitate, BUY IT!
