I’ve been using the ECOVACS N30 Pro Omni Robot Vacuum Cleaner for the past four months, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made for my home. I struggle with back pain, and cleaning—especially mopping and bending to reach corners—used to make it much worse. This robot has completely changed that. The N30 Pro Omni handles vacuuming and mopping automatically, and it consistently keeps my floors spotless without me needing to lift a thing. The suction is powerful, the mapping is accurate, and the OMNI station takes care of washing and drying the mop pads, which is a huge bonus. It reaches edges, under furniture, and places I used to struggle with. After four months, it’s still performing like new, and my home stays cleaner than ever—with zero back strain. Hi Ecovacs team We purchased Omni N30 pro robot in Oct 25, after using it for 2 months it started giving problems for mopping, the tray is getting filled with dirty water again and again. We somehow managed to get the service center details which is almost 30 kilometers from my home. We gave the entire robot set over there for repair. After 10 days we tried to reach the service center and no one was responding. I again went there to check. They kept it for 4 weeks and returned it back saying that they changed the station and it's working fine But after using it for 2 days the same problem started again, we again managed to get hold of service center person and asked to change the entire product. He said the service center company is third party and gave number of ecovacs representative. Now from last 3 days i am trying to talk to the evovacs representative but no luck, not picking phone not responding on message. Now we are in trouble. Can amazon take this seriously and try to help here?? Choosing 1 star as it is mandatory to choose otherwise it is not worth of any star

so far so good have been using since i purchased not every single day but yes alternate day. Almost 5 months works good only thing is it has weird smell while wiping the floor as i dont use any soap or disinfectant to its tank thinking it would spoil it. cleaning it is a mess obviously it needs to be cleaned and i totally get it but it does take time. Have to always keep charging. one star less as it is very noisy and irritates me whenever i have to clean and am around it. otherwise cleaning is perfect no issues just keep yours charging cables above other wise it will take them and will get stuck around them.

Very nice product. It cleans and mops perfectly. Recommend to anyone who is looking for a robot vacuum

The dedication of the only person at ecovacs doing the service is great, this is why im giving 5 stars though having more than 1 technician for ecovacs in the UAE would make a lot of sense.

the app is very complicated and u cant do anything as long as the vacuum is not in the station - if u add a no go zone u cannot delete it u have to reset ur changes - the retractable mop falls off sometimes - the mopping stopped adding any water after a few times use, now it mops dry, no water comes out at all - it gets tangled in everything, carpets wires anything, - i set it to avoid carpets but still it can’t identify them so it won’t avoid them

J'ai acheté mon ECOVACS N30 PRO OMNI en juin 2025 pour une première mise en fonction en avril 2026. J'avoue que j'ai un peu hésité lors de mon achat car AMAZON me signalait que cet article faisait l'objet de beaucoup de retour. Donc sachant que je n'allais pas pouvoir l'utiliser avant plusieurs mois et de surcroit à l'étranger, donc sans pouvoir actionner une éventuelle garantie, je n'étais pas tranquile. Finalement après 2 moi d'utilsation régulière (2 à 3 fois par semaine), le robot fait ce qu'on attend de lui : on peut programmer sa tache, il aspire ou il aspire et lave vraiment. Il peut agir silencieusement. Un peu plus bruyant si on choisit une aspiration forte. Le seule point noir à mon sens c'est le menu, un peu fouillis. Mais bon on s'adapte à ce qu'on peut faire et le job est fait.

This robot worked for 20 days and went balnk afterwards. Gave it back to service center- was promised to be serviced and returned within 14 days. A month has passed and no clue where the item is and when will be returned. Disappointed!
