I was so excited to get this.My daughter in law has one and I love it.However I need to call the company or contact the seller.The one I got had faulty material the sides of the iron or so sharp it pulls my hair out every time I have tried to use it.It does not slide down my hair with easy a all it is rough and does not do a good job.I think it is the making of this iron it was so put together with good skills of material.Really disappointed .I would like to return it to someone and get a replacement.Love the iron for I know it is good brand I just got a a very bad one
