The only thing would be the placement of the diamond pads, it would be nice if they were abutted against one edge so you can closer. But they work well and appear fairly well made.

I have a project that involves some aluminum tubing that I want to have a nice finish. Having used diamond sanding blocks before, I set out to find some and came across this excellent product.So, what do I like about it? They are sturdy is the first thing. The foam is dense and perfect for flat and curved surfaces. They aren't going to get into grooves and intricate detail, but I have other tools for that.Second, they fit my hand nicely. I have larger hands, and sanding blocks are often small and difficult to grip. Not these babies! You might say they are a handful, and you'd be right. And to me, that's a good thing.Third, they work! I pulled out one of my project pieces and took before and after pictures (I didn't sand the entire surface, just enough to show the results). The blocks cleaned up the oxidation and production marks with ease. I found I could create a subtle cross-hatch effect by sanding a second time 90 degrees to my first pass.If you have metal sanding and finishing needs, I recommend these blocks. They remove material with ease, don't load up easily, and the set of four will keep you sanding for quite a while. Or, give them as stocking stuffers -- you choose!

These worked very well. Used them for a tile project - they were agressive enough to smooth out a tile edge after I cut it.
