They work!
Very shortly after using these we saw a difference in the number of silverfish in our house. Within two weeks, we are now hardley seeing any.

A godsend for house centipedes
I live in a garden level apartment and with that, of course, comes more bugs than living above ground level. Unfortunately for me, that also meant tons and tons of house centipedes. I have never encountered this many in my life. I tried sticky traps, cedar oil, and clove oil; the sticky traps would fill up, but nothing really helped in the way of population control. I bought two packs of these in mid October and spread them all throughout my apartment. It does take a few weeks, like the package says, to notice a difference but it is well worth the wait. I haven't seen a single one in months. If you wait beyond the 3-4 months to replace them, pests will reappear and these do take a couple of weeks to kick in, so I find it's better to preemptively replace them.

Seem to work well, but don't just rely on these alone.
After seeing a couple random silverfish/firebrats in my apartment the past few weeks, I decided to be proactive in deterring/eliminating the pests. I did some research online and saw these were generally effective in controlling small/average problems with silverfish. I placed these in some nooks and crannies throughout the place, also under the kitchen/bathroom sinks and in my closet. Asides from seeing a nymph crawling on the wall and some dead/sluggish ones in my closet (right by the pack), I haven't seen an active one since Friday night. I'm going to assume the packs are poisoning them and they're dying in the cracks/crevices where they live. Also, a side note: if you're seeing these creepy things, take preventative measures as well. I invested in a couple packs of cedar blocks and put them throughout my place, since silverfish, moths (and other household pests) have an aversion to the oils in the wood. I took care to clean up any loose papers/cardboard piles and also seal up books and starchy foods in air tight containers. It also helps to vacuum/clean regularly to avoid these guys.If you have a serious problem where your walls/floors are crawling with silverfish, these probably won't work. You should seek a professional if you have an active and visible infestation.

These work great. Solved my issues

Worked great
Hard to say how well they worked, shortly after placing these I also caulked all spaces between tile floor, base and wall. Not sure which worked the best, but have not seen any silverfish since!

Works great
Moved into a new place that came with a silverfish problem (technically firebrat, the stripey kind). I’d see up to a half dozen at a time in the laundry and bathroom areas morning and night, so gross. Didn’t want to unpack till I got them under control to protect my clothes and books. Borax traps and diatomaceous earth were recommended to me. I didn’t want to have loose powder all over and these have mostly good reviews so I put them around everywhere I’d see the bugs and they worked great - now I almost never see a live one, and occasionally see dead ones next to or up to a foot from the traps.Side note, the landlord recommended I also keep the drains closed when not in use which the internet at large says is unhelpful as they don’t come out of drains, but I only ever see them now, living or dead, if I’ve forgotten to close a drain overnight.I’m also glad these were so inexpensive compared to some other spray pesticides, I’ll definitely always keep them on hand while I live in this place.

Did nothing at all
I tried Dekko packs about a year ago when I had a substantial silverfish infestation. I tried everything else too (boric acid, diatomaceous earth, cheap dehumidifiers). I even used to get up late at night and hunt them in the dark. The silverfish have no apparent interest in Dekko packs whatsoever. I left them out for a couple months, tucked in obscure dark cervices, out in the open, all over. I still find some I left out sometimes. I've never seen a nibble on a pack and I've never seen a dead silverfish I didn't kill myself (except after the bug spray). My advice after trying everything:* Get some 6-month residual bug spray to spray under the baseboards and generally work into the walls** I found dozens of silverfish corpses the next day and hopefully more died in the walls* Seal the baseboards with caulk (lock in all the nasty bug spray)* Keep it clean, dry and cool. Leave windows open in the evening* Get a hyrgometer/thermometer combo to measure the temp and humidity in your house to see how you're doing* Squish 'em at nightA year later I still see about one per week, but that's a lot better than a dozen per night like it used to be.Please don't waste your money on these packs. They probably cost a penny to make and do nothing. Great scam.

Seems to be working!
Since I put these in various places in closets and dresser drawers, I have not seen one silverfish. I’m not sure if it’s killing them or if they’re scared to even come out because this product is like the boogeyman to these creepy bugs, I don’t really care. I have not seen one since putting these around the house so this has been money well spent.
