The resistance band set I purchased is of good quality. What I really like about it is that you can 'stack" the bands to increase the resistance without have to buy multiple bands for different weights. I purchased this to add convenience to my workout. On days I cannot make it to the gym due to time constraints, this set allows me to get in a quick workout in the convenience of my own home. In addition to the bands are the door anchor and the leg straps giving this a good variety for all body parts. I recommend this to anyone. Also I ordered this on a Fri night and it arrived the next day. One day sooner than I had expected. What a nice surprise!

GREAT BANDS!!!! If you are looking to really build you body up with an inexpensive, well made, extremely effective product, these bands are awesome. So, A few years ago I basically completed the P90 transformation program that was the predecessor to the P90X program. Instead of using weights I used resistance bands and became an instant believer in their ability to build muscle. Now, fast forward a few years, I recently was given the opportunity to do the P90X program with a few friends as a competition with accountability so we will all finish the program at the same time. I got them all convinced that bands are the best way to go and we recently received our U-Powex resistance bands in the mail. Below is what I think about the bands.1. First, shipping was great. The bands came well packaged, deliver on time.2. The bands themselves are intense. As I mentioned, I have used bands in the past. The biggest problem is getting enough tension on the bands for various exercises. However, this set of bands basically trumps those worries completely. I am an in shape guy, and if I use all five bands at once, I can barely get them all up. The set of 5 gives PLENTY of resistance for any type of workout your going to be using.3. I did a lot of research before getting these and I really think you will be stoked about buying them. The materials are really heavy duty. I put these bands through some serious stretch and they are working tremendously.

 The U-Powex Resistance Bands have built-in safety guards not seen in any other bands we tested: Woven cords tucked inside the tubes are meant to prevent overstretching (a common reason why bands break), and should also avert a rebound snap if a tube splits. In addition to five bands of increasing resistances (which can be used in combination to provide up to a claimed 150 pounds), the set includes a door anchor for creating points at various heights to pull or press against, two grippy handles, and two ankle straps. This is a pretty common setup, but we found the U-Powex kit to be overall higher quality than the competition, and the company is one of only two we considered that sells additional tubes in higher tensions. I bought these bands (2 sets, because they're very inexpensive) for a couple of reasons but mainly because the squat rack I have doesn't offer any sort of option for a cable crossover. If it did, I'd buy the add-on and be happy with it! But it doesn't, so I bought these bands.I'm adding pictures to show how I've accomplished this. But all I did was wrap the ankle strap around the frame of the rack in a place where it could not slip and then run the resistance band through the ring of the handle. Now I have a cable crossover option.Additionally, anytime I want to adjust the location of the ankle straps I just have to pull the velcro and it comes right off. I will definitely be putting the straps down toward the base of the rack for cable crossovers going up and also for a decline bench press type of exercise where I actually bring my hands together at my waistline to target my lower pecs more effectively.These bands are AWESOME! I will absolutely be using these much more than expected. They appear to be very durable and well-made and the carabiner clips operate easily as well.I think I will also be using the traveling bag, even though I didn't expect to, because the couple of times a year I do travel I find that the hotel gyms are inadequately furnished and I believe the bands will make a big difference in the quality of my workouts.I can't say enough great things about these bands. I really am shocked at how incredible they are. Especially given the very low price. If you're considering picking these up, don't hesitate any longer and just grab them. You won't be disappointed!

Wow, UP arrived in less than 24 hours after placing the order! It contained everything described: Five resistance bands, 2 handles, 2 ankle straps, and 1 door anchor. Weight in lbs. is clearly labeled on each of the durable bands. An actual physical guide booklet came with the order showing how to get started, safety precautions, door installation instructions, and basic exercises to use with the bands. I am impressed with the product thus far and look forward to many great workouts!

I don't write many reviews, but had to comment on this product. The old saying "you get what you pay for" doesn't apply here. You get more that what you pay for. Needless to say I'm extremely pleased with this product, incredible value for the money. If I saw it in a retail store, I would expect to see a $50 price tag on it. I've worked out with it a couple of times now and it's a well built product.If in the future my opinion changes I'll update this review.

I used the resistance bands last night and I have to tell you I'm impressed. I've been looking for a product that will work for me that is actually good quality and a decent price. I'm a stay at home mom that doesn't have time for the gym and these resistant bands work wonders. I looped them around the bottom of the dresser leg to do all my leg & arm exercises (I know they go on the door but my dresser works better for me). I will continue to use these bands on my weight loss journey.
