Very nice PC playes all of my steam games. I pick this up as a replacement to my old gaming laptop ( 2012) as it was on it's last legs. I think that $500.00 was a good price for what you get. As for the seller, the item was exactly as advertised, it arrived fast and I would buy from them again. Up date: 10/14/18 I had to format this PC as I was getting the blue screen of death (thanks Microsoft the last update did not play nice with my this PC as it shut it down every 15 to 20 minutes or gave me dreaded blue screen of death.) After the format and a new installation of Windows 10 this laptop is now running great I updated the graphic drivers and now and playing all of the games on my Steam account which is pretty big over 1000 games. So I am still very happy with this purchase.

My 8th grader wanted a gaming laptop and I didn't want to break the bank. Did some research and this one had a lot of nice features... 12 gig memory, good cpu, hd display, dedicated video memory, and hard drive... for the money. My son loves it. He streams games such as Fort Nite and is very happy with it. Connect to home wireless and has no lag which I understand is a big deal for gamers ;-) I am happy with the purchase.

Their are a lot of mix reviews on this laptop but the truth is this, I had a lot of problems with it intitially. BSOD, freezing up...but it was all fixed with a format and fresh install with Windows. You remove all the bloatware and whatever else is causing the problem. For me I am a IT guy so this isn't a problem, but for other people who want it to work right out of the box you will have trouble. I generally reformat any new computer I get if I did not build it myself, it always clears up a lot of problems, plus I like to get rid of all the extra programs I do not need.So format, do all the updates and make sure your drivers are all upto date and you should be good. If you have AMD graphics, stick with the recommend drivers and not the latest release.

Received my laptop in decent time. Was fully functional and I had no issues with it. A week after opening it and getting it set up, the entire keyboard stopped working in the middle of class. Going to return be returning it.Can’t really review on any of the other functionality aspects since I did not have it very long.EDIT*Received my second laptop two days after I returned the other. Two weeks into use, the keyboard stopped working AGAIN. Returning and will not be buying this model again. It is garbage.

Pros: Great hardware for the price (@$478 anyway) Easy to change the HDD out for a SSD, so long as you know there are screws under the back 2 rubber feet :) With a little extra work you have an awesome computer for cheap.Cons:-No windows pro option-M.2 PCIE drives are a little challenging to clone, I used macrium reflect server edition (needed the redeploy feature) but they have been difficult on every computer I've tried unless you are doing a fresh install.-I wasn't able to use a M.2 PCIE SSD and the original 1TB HDD together like I had hoped, it just wouldn't boot. Not a huge deal but I thought it would be pretty cool.-very liimited BIOS settings

Good value considering fast CPU chip. Good screen and battery life, however the keyboard quit working after 2 weeks, could not fix with phone support so it was sent back for refund. Returning was easy and refund was fast.

Solid CPU & GPU combo at a reasonable price below $500. What can I say? Intel 7th Gen i5 plus RX550, a good causal gaming laptop with solid FHD performance. 12gb DDR4 & very fast processing speed. Can't beat it at $480.

Thinks this item does have:-Graphic card (a very good one)-Backlit keyboard-AN incredible FULL HD IPS Full ScreenI don't consider myself a "gamer", but let me tell you something, this PC does the work. It was built in 2016 or 2017, so all your software, as you configure it, is old, but once you update everything, it'll be good.One thing I complaint about this pc, it's the fan from the Graphic Card... It's a little annoying, but once you update all your drivers and your Win10 (yep, it helps), it reduces the noise.In resume, It's a great pc for the price.. 'nough said.

I did not have a lot of time to use the laptop, although it looked very good at the operating level the battery only lasted 4 hours without running any program.
