Inateck iPad Keyboard Case for 9.7" iPad 2018(Gen 6)/iPad 2017(Gen 5) and iPad Air 1 with Intelligent Magnetic Switch iPad Keyboard Cover, Dark Grey

I can’t comment on durability as only just got it. However, I can comment on everything else.I have been using a Belkin keyboard case on my iPad Pro 9.7 inch for the past 2 years. That was very functional but the plastic shell cracked in multiple places very quickly with normal use. The Belkin was a about twice the price of this keyboard case. I have just upgraded to a new iPad 9.7 inch 2018 (6th generation) and my Belkin case did not fit the new iPad. So, I got this as the reviews were good and it looked smart. I use my iPad to write reports during meetings for the Sheffield Local Medical Committee.This Inateck case looks great. The plastic used for the case appears hard wearing but with enough flexibility that it wont snap like the old one. The matte plastic is not leaving greasy finger marks (which i did get on my old case). The overall weight is less. There is a nice brushed metal cover over the magnetic part of the keyboard which will keep it looking smart.My 2018 iPad 9.7 inch fits perfectly. The keys are lovely to type on. They have firm springs with a great “click” and feedback to your fingers. The whole case is smaller and neater than the Belkin as they have reduced size of the less important keys (e.g the top row of numbers etc). The QWERY buttons are the same size as most Bluetooth cases, so are very easy to use and type quickly on them with minimal mistakes. I am able to type much faster on this one compared to the Belkin due to the firm springs.I like the fact this is design is simple. I looked at a number of keyboard cases with 360 degree rotating screens, and backlights but worried that those functions on budget products would lead to failures over a short time. This case appears to be built to last.Overall I’m very happy with this and would buy again.

This is a great quality product for the price. Bluetooth pairing is really easy. Keyboard feels good quality and is good to use. The case protects well and magnetic switch works to turn off and wake up iPad. Only downside compared to Apple keyboard is requiring separate charging, but more than countered by being a quarter of the price. Excellent product. Delivered promptly. Given battery life 5 stars, but don't really know after a couple weeks, except that it's not required charging since I first got it.

Very easy to use. Works well. Looks good. Fit is good but not perfect. Provides some protection for the iPad but not a substantial amount - which is fine as it was not bought for that primary purpose. As a keyboard it’s great. Battey life seems good - would be helpful to have some indication of battey life remaining as otherwise may get caught out when needs recharged. overall recommended

I've owned this case for 8-9 months and it's time to charge it for the second time. The battery life can't be faulted. To understand my iPad usage, I charge it approximately twice a week. The keys are comfortable to use. The case has a really soft coating and looks sleek. Based on reviews, I was concerned it would be marked/dented easily but it's been fine. The magnet to hold the screen up is still working well too.The only "negative" is the weight of the case. It is noticeable at first, but I've gotten used to it and haven't given it much thought since.

Wanted to use this at least a few days before writing a review, so here goes - This is my 3rd iPad cover with keyboard for my current iPad. I have had it less than a year (5th Gen). I had them from 3 different suppliers and, so far, this is by far the best for these reasons - Case is pretty slim, even with the keyboard, and looks great. Keyboard connectivity easy and reliable. Keyboard itself has satisfying ‘key click’ when used (I like that!). It has the best fit for my iPad (the other 2, iPad popped out of casing). When just using the iPad, you can easily fold back the keyboard. All in all - Great buy! Hopefully, lasts for ages... Time will tell!

I've only been using it for a few days, so I can't comment on its durability, although it does seem pretty sturdy. I am very pleased with the keyboard case. It was easy to set up and fits my 9.7 inch iPad very well. Although, the keys are small, they have a good feel and are easy to type on. The case itself has a magnetic strip to hold the iPad at two different angles. This works very well for both viewing and typing. All in all, I'm very impressed with this product.

Very good case for the iPad! I have had this for a few months now and the battery life it arrived with (20%) lasted me 2/3 months at uni! Life saver! I use it when I'm at uni to write notes in lectures as o type faster than I write and honestly it is amazing! I feel comfortable with the tablet in my bag as the case is really sturdy and provides very nice protection but also doesn't add to much size to it that it's bulky to carry around. Very good purchase, I can't understand how anyone can buy the apple keyboard when this is an amazing substitute and literally so much cheaper. I even ordered a second one for a family member that recently for an iPad and recommend it to all my family!
