These wheels are great! Sturdy and easy to install, durable, lock well, perfect size, lock with ease, support heavy weights and work on floors from carpet to concrete. I bought more cause they are so nice.

Great casters, very rugged and they turn and lock and roll perfectly

Well built. Put under a bench built for my planer and jointer. Had been using other wheels rated for 150 lbs each. Total weight of bench about 400 lbs. The other wheels did not hold up. These wheels are much better built and are the quality and level I should have started with. Just buy these and be done. The little extra expense you get twice the quality and capability. Was also very pleased with the wheel locking mechanism. It has its own release that you can easily use with your feet. The other wheels I had to get on the floor to release the locks. Will definitely be buying more of these!

Excellent -- just what I needed for support and movement of a workbench in my shop. I can easilymove it outside to use the power equipment on it!

Up front, this is the second time I've bought these wheels. I recommend them. They're sturdy and smooth. The wheel-locks work great and seem to have just the right amount of tension in the release mechanism. (I buy a lot of casters for different things I make, and some other brands will either un-brake on their own or the brake will be so difficult to disengage that you risk flipping the furniture over.) My only concern is the quality control in the hardware. The casters come with some very robust screws, which I like, but three (3) out of the thirty-two (32) screws I've received across two purchases didn't have the drive cut into the head. The holes in the caster bracket are pretty big, so when one of the screws that comes with the casters isn't viable it can be difficult for me to find a replacement that doesn't just slip through. That said, the overall quality at this price point makes the risk of a couple of dud screws worth it.

I loved these, sturdy and well made. My summer project was to build a series of movable platforms that allowed me to easily roll them away when I needed the space for something else or to clean. These did the job. Even with heavy weight on the platform, it easily rolled from place to place. I also like the locking set-up, screwdriver was okay - not expecting anything fancy here and for my build a drill was a better approach anyway.

I used these on a homemade brew stand (beer brewing). Casters seem pretty heavy duty and roll well on concrete. They struggle a little over rough surfaces, but so would any 3” caster. If you plan to use on rough surfaces with cracks/gaps, I’d recommend going with a larger diameter caster (e.g. 4” or larger) but these are great casters for smooth surfaces. The brakes also hold really well.

I have had smaller castors than these before, and these are the same quality as the smaller versions. Well packaged, well-made, and I believe these castors will be durable. There are times when you get hold of something, and you just know that you are onto a good thing.
