Just Right!
Huge fan of how filling and tasty these are! Not too soft, not crunchy or gooey, but hearty. The flavor was fantastic and I was surprised at how authentic and short the ingredient list was! Great to pack for traveling, it really holds me over until late dinners while traveling for work.

Lemon isn't as tasty as I thought
I do like RXBars but I didn't care for this flavor. I love lemon, but the lemon in this tasted a little artificial, or something wasn't as tasty as I thought it would be. I like that these do not have added sugar - the sweetness is from the dates. I would not call these a protein bar, though. I use my RXBars as dessert. They aren't sticky. Some may find them an acquired taste but I enjoy them as an after dinner snack/dessert.

SO Tasty!
These are delicious! As soon as you open the package, you get hit with the scent of citrus. The flavor is bright and light. I love having this bar for breakfast. It's dense and nutty with a hit of lemon. PERFECT!

Texture odd but great flavor
I really like the flavor of these RXBARs — the lemon with honey and cashew is bright and slightly sweet without being overpowering. The lemon adds a nice freshness, and the honey and cashew combo works really well. That said, the texture is a little off compared to some other RXBAR flavors. It’s chewier and a bit tougher than I expected, which took some getting used to. Not bad, just different. Overall, it’s still a solid, clean-ingredient snack and I’d buy it again for the flavor, but be aware the texture may not be for everyone.

Delicious
I eat RX Bars daily. I am allergic to so many different foods, and these have none of my allergens in the ingredients. I like to normal RX Bars, but I LOVE the nut butter and oats bars. This is the first time I have tried the Lemon Honey Cashew, and it is delicious. I highly recommend any flavor of RX bars, but the nut butter and oats are my favorite.
