Pretty easy to take texture is soft and dissolves well, and the dosage is simple to stay consistent with. No major side effects, and it was gentle on digestion. This is a great way to take Turmeric!! This combination in the gummies are excellent for high absorption in the body, which is often an issue taking it on its own or cooking with fresh turmeric.
