Shampoo is great, it is the packaging that is the problem. The bottle arrived in two layers of bubble wrap. That is a good thing. Once you get past the bubble wrap, it has a screw on cap. Once you unscrew the cap, there is a plastic plug in the bottle. Once you get the plug out (which is not easy), you can then screw in the pump. Once you get the pump in, you will find that it does not unscrew. You are then left with a bottle of shampoo with a non-functional pump. They really need to look at the packaging and the non-functional pump.

Wow....my natural hair was so soft and bouncy all the way to the tips. Nice twist out after washing it out. I didn't feel as if I had to rinse my hair twice. I just tried this because I wanted to try a shampoo with all those toxic ingredients. Will buy 2 more bottles.

Pretty nice shampoo. It smells pleasant, not overbearing, and you don't need much to get a nice lather, so I think it will last me a long time. Price seems fair. Definitely not going to leak on you during delivery as it is shrink-wrapped like crazy and then further secured inside with a regular cap that must be removed and then a stopper inside of that that must be removed before you put the pump into it. That's my one gripe, actually - that stopper on the inside is super hard to remove. No way to grip it, really, and it's in there pretty good, so you basically have to pry it out with a knife while being careful not to damage the neck of the bottle. Little annoying, but if you are concerned it will leak, it MOST DEFINITELY will not.

My first impression of this shampoo started out to be unfortunate as the shampoo pump was broken and would not pump out anything at all. Upon removing the pump lid it was difficult to get the shampoo directly into my hair without wasting a lot as it dripped off of the pump's tube. I ended up rubbing the tube itself all over my head and then trying to pour a bit more out of the bottle. With no control I ended up with way too much, of course. The shampoo is very floppy, I guess is an appropriate description? It really sticks in your hair and makes your hair all feel like it's one big, sticker together piece. Fortunately, it still rinsed out very cleanly. I didn't notice any oiliness in my normal hair afterward. I didn't notice any hair loss or other negative benefits either. I think this is a decent shampoo, it just needs a more functional pump to make using it a lot more effortless.
