I bought these to manage my POTS symptoms (electrolytes help) and I've been very impressed with them so far. The watermelon, peach, and lemon lime flavors are super yummy! I'm not a huge fan of the berry but I'll choke it down. Will definitely be repurchasing. They're a great alternative to the expensive LMNT ones and they have the same electrolyte balance.

Given that it is marketed as "high sodium," it is clear that this is extremely salty and would not be suitable for someone who must restrict their consumption of salt. Even though I don't have to worry about this, I still wouldn't use this until absolutely necessary because I don't like regularly absorbing that much extra salt. However, this would be beneficial following a demanding workout. It tastes okay, but because of all the salt, it's pretty mild. Although I wouldn't choose to drink it on a regular basis, I can tolerate the flavor for rehydration.

I'm on carnivore and wanted a no sugar electrolyte that was affordable, tasty & convenient. This checks all the boxes! Well, mostly. It does contain sucralose, which basically is Splenda, made from sugar, but it comes out less than 1 gram. I've read it can increase cravings, so I only drink these as a treat. The packets are easy to tear open - no looking for scissors or tearing with your teeth. The flavor is amazing, probably too good...I always want more after I finish my bottle! It is strong enough flavor to mix it 50-50, making 2 16oz bottles without it tasting watered down. But I like it strong &zesty. I do wish they would use a bigger size text on the ingredients and the font they use is so narrow that the words mash together. It’s almost like they're trying to hide the ingredients. That does make me suspicious. Dont know if I'll buy them again = I'm hoping the sucralose doesnt stop my diet progress.Very easy to tear up.

Electrolytes are good picker-upper to restore your energy and vitality. I love the mixed flavours and you have the option to mix it to the consistency that you want. I mix mine in my water bottle and just stick it in my bag for work. They are a saviour in the hot days coming. Quite a good buy for the price, I recommend this for instant rehydration.

Defiantly not what I was expecting, tried a few of the flavors and they were all the same...VERY salty and artificial tasting. I don't recommend, although the price of these was good compared to other drink mixes, it wasn't worth it because I ended up throwing them away. I've heard that liquid IV are better with taste.

We were not able to truly evaluate the product because the flavor was so disgusting. We ordered the lemon lime flavor, hoping to use the drink mix prior to exercise but it was so awful. It smelled like cleaning products and it tasted so salty with a hint of lime flavor. Maybe another flavor would work better but I am not wasting my money to try it. I really like the high sodium and also that it has Vitamin C but didn’t expect it to taste so salty especially since reviews I read said it was less salty than LMNT which has the same amount of sodium.
