I had stopped taking for a while. Back on and will be for the foreseeable future. It works.

I have gone through a lot of joint treatments including shots in my knees; finally my sister who has used Osteo Bi-Flex for a while now recommended that I should give it a try; it took a bit of convincing because why could it work when those expensive medicines did not even give me a minimum of relief. Knee replacement was my next alternative but as it goes now it seems that Osteo Bi-Flex and my joints are going to be the best of friends.

My husband has had a lot of problem with knee pain. His doctor recommended this product. Since he bagan using it, his knee has been much better. Good product.

I ordered two bottles. One of the bottles was the size tablet I requested, however the bottle was not labeled as such. The other bottle was the wrong item.

Works great but the taste is horrible. Can't wash them down fast enough

Since taking this, I have noticed better movement in my knees. I can get up a lot easier now.
