This is FANTASTIC !
Digitrax hit a home run with their DDC ! Simple easy hookups, well documented manuals and knowledge to bring the stuff out that makes sense for our layouts! They also have tremendous customer service and an even better yet warranty promise! Now for some specifics, this DT 500 lets you control all of the functions on your controller, have two speed controls for the currently addressed engines, and able to program CV's as well as select turnouts (DS-64 required) thrown or closed. The coil cord allows you to easily 4ft either direction and also supports IR, and radio controls for those with the additional receiver's. So this is one very sweet addition to the DCC family in my opinion!
