Can't get the game to run so I can't give a fair review on it...
The game came as a new game as advertised, price was good...but I have yet to get it to run. I've tried it on 2 different computers with Windows XP SP2 and SP3 and one computer with Windows Vista and it dumps me back to the desktop when trying to run. I couldn't find any help online or on the game website. Service from the mfr sucks. I'll think twice about buying another game by these companies.

Only for the TPS group
I have to start by saying that I knew it was a TPS (Third person shooter) before buying but the trailers looked so cool. I am a FPS player at heart. That's where the fun ended. I also have to join the group that complains of the shortness of this game. That being a major downfall in the game we can get to the nuts and bolts.Cover to cover: There are games like Gears of War and some 007 games that are "cover-based" meaning you have to move from cover to cover to fight and take time to set up your shots. These games are just so slow moving and unentertaining to me. I hoped this could be played without being forced into cover but it just doesn't work that way.TPS: It is possible to condition yourself to TPS firing if you are a FPS gamer and if you like both genre's, go for it.Bullet Bending: This just wasn't as cool as it could have been. I hate to ref: other games but if you want a game that has cool bullet time or slow motion arcing of your shots, pick up the older Max Payne games (I or II) and even Dark Sector. Dark Sector had an awesome system for throwing your blade in slow motion and curving it to hit hidden enemies. It also had excellent graphics. Max Payne had limited graphics but a great story line.Graphics: Not bad at all. For the time of the release of the game, they were pretty up to speed. They really needed to have Wesley wear the cool, black assassin suit he gets in the game in the movie. If I remember right, it was his fathers? If he was left everything his father owned in the movie, he would have had the suit right? This is one of those games that had potential but fell short due to a short run time and lack-luster cover based gameplay. If you are a fan of cover based games and TPS, I would recommend it but not for the FPS and run and gun types. Also, the price has dropped significantly so if you have the $$ to waste, it is a game that you can play through and not care too much for spending so little $$.

A mediocre game continuation of the 2008 film
Developed by ill-fated GRIN studios and released in 2009 by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Wanted - Weapons of Fate is a 3rd person shooter directly following the events of the 2008 film. In "Wanted" you play primarily as Wesley Gibson (sometimes you play as his father, Cross) a newly trained assassin of the Fraternity determined to track down the mysterious Immortal and uncover the hidden past of his family. Here are my thoughts on Wanted - Weapons of Fate;Pros+ Decent graphics, especially character models.+ Curving bullets is fun and never gets old.+ Adult content+ Adrenaline meter doesn't slowly deplete while not in combat or disappear when you get hit like in many games.+ Some of the voice actors from the film such as Terence Stamp.+ Crisp sound.+ Solid controls.+ Non-stop action.Cons <Contains SPOILERS>- No jumping, crouching or sprint options. Everything is based on the cover system.- Plenty of bad guitar angst rock combat music.- Cut scenes look worse than the in game graphics, normally it's the other way around.- Linear and repetitive gameplay.- Overuse of profanity (mainly the F word) to point where it loses its impact.- Enemies lack variety. The knife fighters are especially redundant and tiresome.- Bosses were all too similar and easy to kill, especially the final boss.- The ending, wow. One of the worst and most ridiculous I've ever seen in a game.Wanted - Weapons of Fate is perfect example of a movie/comic license translated into another mediocre game experience. Repetitious enemies, levels and snarky one-liners this game has a rather limited demographic. I can perhaps see a younger audience finding the game amusing but it failed to appeal to me. By the end of the game I became bored and was thankful for the finish, even if it was terribly ridiculous.

Pretty good game. Ran a little rough on my computer though
This game was pretty cool. It may have been a little short but it was worth every penny I paid for it, which was only five bucks. The only problem I had with it was every now and then the textures will all go black. I have a gtx 460 graphics card and eight gigs of memory so I'm not sure what the problem was. Overall, I enjoyed this game very much.

Game I thought would be good.
This game is a lot of fun. Pending on your system is how good it will be for you. Me personally I like the game and the movie.
