BonJour Tea Glass Teapot with Stainless Steel Infuser, 23.7 Ounce, Clear

Positives:--It's definitely hand-blown glass. I like the slight imperfections of hand-blown glass.--It's a nice size for one person.Negatives:--The plunger mechanism is comprised mostly of black plastic. I don't like the idea of drinking steeped plastic.--The plunger mechanism is...jenky and therefore awkward to operate.In other words, nice glass/looks, but the plunger mechanism is not good. The glass part, unless I drop it, I expect to last forever. The plunger mechanism I expect to fall apart...and in the meantime, I'll be drinking steeped plastic.

I love tea. It is nice if you don't have kids. This is VERY fragile. One came broken and the kids broke another one.

This thing is falling apart. Hard to keep together.

I love this tea infuser, my only complaint is it could be bigger and stay warm longer. It has taken the place of my coffee pot in the mornings.

I liked the look but I only used it 3 times before the plunger came off in my hand. The leaves are hard to get out of the infuser after you smash them down in there... Bought a Bormoilio Rocco glass teapot with glass infuser and I love the new one.

I ordered this teapot for its clear glass and shut off infuser. It was sold as a 34oz pot and was actually 27 oz. I wanted this but felt it is truly false advertising. I called customer service of Bonjour who gave very little satisfaction since they couldn't explain how the model number was the same for 2 sized pots and they now claim they don't make a 34 oz pot. They said they will look into this and they failed to return my call. I believe the pot should be less money than the sale price since it is smaller than advertised. In all internet websites it is described as 34 oz. Otherwise, the pot is a nice teapot.

Very disappointed. This was advertised as an insulated teapot, which I was specifically looking for. I was expecting double-walled but it is just a regular glass teapot.
