These are my favorite electrolytes! I love being able to try different flavors and switch things up instead of drinking the same thing every day, and I love all of the flavors!! The individual packets are convenient and easy to take on the go, whether I’m out running errands or just at home. They’re easy to mix into water and make it more enjoyable to stay hydrated throughout the day. I also appreciate that the formula doesn’t contain added sugar. This is a great option for anyone looking for a convenient way to add electrolytes to their daily routine!

I work outside all summer every day and I had tried lots of hydration packets before these guys are awesome. I think they are great. They take a little bit getting used to their little bit salty but the flavors are actually pretty good once you get used to them and they don't have a lot of sugars and they're not bought out by other big companies so it's real Ault and like I said I feel super hydrated and I feel the electrolytes kick in a lot faster cause it has more salt and also I don't feel bloated

My favorite electrolytes for the past 2 years.

As someone who works out regularly, I’ve tried several electrolyte products, and the Re-Lyte Variety Pack was one of the best ways to test flavors without a big commitment. The packets are perfect for keeping in a gym bag or taking on the go. I loved being able to try all seven flavors and found several that I’ll definitely order again. The taste was clean and not overly sweet, and I felt more hydrated during and after my workouts. Highly recommend the variety pack if you’re unsure which flavor to choose.
