QMx Star Trek: Discovery Black Badge

I really liked the Section 31 Discovery Badge. I have read some of the reviews regarding this item, so I must have gotten Lucky ... Twice ... , both of the Discovery Black Badges came to me Perfect! They are just like the ones on Star Trek Discovery and I looked very closely on the DVD of the show. I also thought the badge was ALL Black on the show, but they are NOT, the badges are 3/4 black and 1/4 Silver! The badge is exactly as shown on the show.The quality is very good! So what, the black part is hard plastic, it still is glossy and looks good, just take good care of your stuff and all is good.Magnetic attatch works well and is easy to fasten to your shirt.Don't hesitate to get one of these you won't regreat it! Really!

Perfect for my Disco uniform. Mgnetic clasp on the larger one. High quality and good looking. Got some looks when I went to Star Trek Day. Looking forward to the movie or whatever Michelle Yeoh is going to be. in.

This badge is not only attractive and very "TREKKISH," but also durable with the magnet fasteners providing a strong hold.

This badge is done really good. There are four rare earth magnets, which are very high quality magnets, to hold the badge in place without slipping. Glad someone thought up that idea. Just wish it was me lol. The quality of the product is excellent.

I love this badge, however it is delicate. It will scratch easily. The black scratches off and ruins the look. It instantly looks like a plastic toy instead of an Awesome futuristic badge. I also dont love the magnets. The badge moves around on certain fabrics and can be knocked off easily. Basically this is a costume piece. It will look great and not fall off, if you are just going to conventions or parties. If you wear this all the time as a Starfleet officer...it will scratch fall off and be lost or destroyed...you should buy several. But they are fairly expensive....OH..also, they seem to show up damaged already. The second one I bought was scratched while in the package. I didnt send it back. I bought 2 more. If they show up damaged I will send them back and write a very different review

I was glad to see that QMx made the black badge from Star Trek Discovery. I honestly have little use for these things, but I bought it anyway.Instead of using it for uniform cosplay, or even putting it on my backpack or whatever, I actually have it displayed on my cubicle at work. The badge itself is magnetic, and comes with another magnetic bar to "affix" to the backside of the badge on the inside of another piece of cloth to act as a "magnetic pin". I'm not sure how strong that bond would be to use this on a backpack or shoulder bag, and I think that would be neat but I would be worried about losing this thing.It displays well on a magnetic part of my office cube, and would probably look good on your fridge as well!

Beautiful, made a great gift. The magnetic attachments make it very convenient fir more regular use or use on sensitive costumes, a major design improvement. Magnets could be bit stronger or maybe 3 instead of 2 as I have had fabric thickness cause issue rarely, usually it's greatly effective.
