I used these speed bands for my track and field athletes, and found that they really do help increase leg strength, explosion and speed. There are so many types of speed drills that can be done with these bands, and you can see very good results within a few weeks of use.

This product does what it says. I'm a professional boxer, personal trainer and sports trainer. I run 4 miles a day. Literally after one session I drop my 4 mile run from 32minutes to 30minutes and after a few week I ran a 6:54/ mile on my 4 mile run. The resistance bands are great they don't fall down like some cheap ones I tried before. They make your legs feel light (fast) that I get winded before my legs get tired. That is the best way for me to explain it. I now can advertise for my training that (I can get you faster after one session). I always test products on myself before working on clients with them. This is by far my favorite product for sports training and yes sightly for personal training with lateral walks and monster walks. No more having clients step into the bands anymore. I bought the 3 pack ankle set as well twice. I have 4 around the thighs and six that go around the ankle now. I will buy more.
