Fire Mountain Sierra 2 Burner Gas BBQ Stainless Steel Cast Iron Grill

We love this BBQ! As previous reviews it's important to know that it takes a little while to put together. My advice would be to allow at least 2 hours and just go carefully. It's not difficult, just a bit time consuming. We bought the regulator and hose that is linked with the product on Amazon and purchased an 11kg green flogas canister. Perfect. The BBQ performs really well, it cooks perfectly and efficiently and feels, and looks like a quality item. Very impressive for the cost. Definitely recommend.

My son put it together error free in about 3 hours. Seems very sturdy and well designed. Don't like the fact that it has only one grill and the other position is a hotplate! Didn't see that coming. Makes for limited grilling. Also cannot find replacement parts anywhere on the internet including the import company so beware that it may difficult if something goes amiss or you need spare parts! May do better going with the equivalent 2 Burner Charbroil....even tho much more expensive.

Had the previous model for 7 years and it eventually rusted out. Have had the present model 2 burner for 3 years and it is still like new helped by now having a stainless steel cover. Easy to clean with the proper wire brush and BBQ spray. I found a tray at Home Bargains that fits perfectly underneath ann so catches the drips. It is well priced and I would recommend it.

Lovely looking gas barbecue which works nicely.Once put together,this barbecue is a pleasure to use and easy to clean afterwards.It looks very expensive once assembled.........but a word of warning.....this took me about 4 hours to fix together and there are lots of parts,but it was well worth the effort to see the end result.

We wanted to replace our old BBQ with something a little smaller as the family have all left home this fits the bill exactly. It is easy to use, The grills go in the dishwasher. It did take several hours to put together though the instructions were poor and there was no way of knowing which screw went where we just had to guess. on the whole we are very pleased with this item

Interesting that when I opened the box, the contents had been packed upside down. The components are fairly well made and finished and the bbq has obviously been designed to be shipped from China at a low cost (lots of pressed steel parts). It's a pity that some thought wasn't put into design for assembly as it's possible to put it together incorrectly and the assembly instructions don't point out these bear traps. It seems robust enough when assembled and did a decent job grilling some sausages and pork steaks on its first try-out. An ok buy if you have access to a decent tool kit and you are patient and have a few hours to spare. I suspect buying a ready-built bbq from a DIY or homewares store could be a better and lower stress option.

Took my girlfriend and myself about two hours or so to build. Be careful, as it’s easy to get some of the pieces round the wrong way and then have to undo later, so read instructions carefully. Bought a 5k gas tank that can easily be stored on shelf under the unit when not in use. It’s sturdy when built and good quality, cooking grills are easy to take out and clean afterwards. Nice area either side to place or prep food and again easy to clean. Tip: line the drip tray underneath with layer of tin foil as this can easily be disposed of when cooled down. A lot of fat can drip down and would be a lot bigger job cleaning all the fat out of this tray each time. I re-line it with foil after using so I don’t forget the next time. It’s an ideal size for us, cooks very nicely and like the temp gauge on top which could be useful sometimes. Very happy with this purchase.

We have only managed to use this bbq once as we have only just bought it, it took my husband an hour to assemble, its a good quality bbq and a great size for 3 of us we cooked 20 chicken wings and 6 lamb Chops on it today it got up to temperature very fast and was easy to clean we love it!! Just one small note don't forget to buy a gas regulator when you buy it as it doesn't come with one, we ordered it on Friday night and it was here on Saturday morning the gas regulator was the one amazon recommend it wasn't ment to be here till Thursday but came today hence the reason we used it today. Its looks good and we think it was definitely value for money.
