My favorite protein shake
I’ve tried A LOT of protein shakes. These are by far my favorite. They actually taste good, especially cold and work really well at keeping me feeling full throughout the day. They’re a milky consistency, smooth and have a high protein content. I lost weight by drinking these as a lunchtime meal replacement. They’re also affordable which is a big plus nowadays! Oh I only get the vanilla so i can’t speak for the chocolate!

A good value if at a discounted price
This is a good value if you can get it for a discounted price. I prefer the chocolate to the vanilla - the flavor is less fake tasting. It works well for my high protein/low carb diet.
