Neoflam Eela 12'' Non Stick Chef's Wok with Glass Lid, Stir Fry Pan and POFA-Free Ceramic Coating for Cooking Saute Vegetables, Meat, Fish, 12 inch, Olive Green

It was OK at the beginning, but after half year use, the food starts sticking to the wok.... when you saw non-sticky because sticky, your good mood would totally be ruined. Very bad user experience! I've never left any bad reviews before, this one "worth" it ...

This wok is of great quality. The non-stick surface is great and cleans so easily. I like that even the outer side of the pan is also coated and non-stick. Even when some of the runoff sticks to the edge and outside of the pan, it cleans with a simple wipe and no scrubbing.The only issue is that the pan does not hold its heat as well as I had hoped. Putting even a moderate amount of meat in the pan reduces the pan's ability to get a good sear. I understand that it's an aluminum pan but maybe if it was just a bit thicker, it could handle a little more volume when trying to get a good stir fry going.

Absolutely EPIC pan. Received it yesterday and used it twice for dinner. The very first use was for a pound of bacon. Most amazing non-stick surface I've ever owned. Bacon cooked perfectly and since there's no sticking to the pan whatsoever, all of the bacon slices stayed intact and slid around in the pan. My children commented how the "bacon was bigger" than usual (because it didn't stick and break into smaller strips). Simply poured out the hot grease, wiped with a paper towel and the pan is clean. The second use was to caramelize onions and mushrooms in butter. We all know the mess that can make of a pan. With the Neoflam 12 inch, zero sticking and amazing results again. For the final clean I swished with water, and wiped out again using a paper towel. Voilà, perfectly clean.I don't see any discoloration to the cooking surface, nor chipping or scratching after day one. I did however notice some of the paint on the bottom of the pan had developed some small chips and dings. I have gas burners with metal grates and like to slide, shake, and flip my foods as they cook (the onions and mushrooms for example) so I'd imagine over time that some areas of the paint on the bottom of the pan will eventually come off. I don't care about that, though, as long as the cooking surface survives my daily kitchen abuse.The heat distribution and non-sticking properties for this beauty were far superior than anything I've used to date.Enjoy!**Update**So, after about 4-5 months the non stick properties wore off (I still use it though). My pan sticks now for most things I cook. I have to say I was very hard on this pan, sometimes cooking with it twice a day. I sometimes ran it under water while it wasn't cooled off completely. From my research here on amazon, I've yet to find a non stick ceramic based pan that doesn't eventually lose its non stick properties :(. Anyways...I'm going to have to take some of that shine off of my original review. When you buy any type of ceramic non stick item, expect it to eventually lose its non stick properties, sometimes as only after a few months. Knocking off a star...who knows, maybe I didn't treat the pan the way I should have. Good luck.

This is a great non-stick pan. It heats up very quickly to get your food cooking. It is extremely non-stick. For many items, I did not even need oil or butter for the pan. It wipes clean. The only downside is that the outside finish it not very durable. I have a few scratches on the outside of the pan after using for the past month.

Very light, good looking, really non sticking coating and durable, but has a little disappointment- the outer coating is NOT non sticking and if something sticks it hardly could be washed away withouta special detergent. If you try to rub it away by something hard - you get scratched surface. Thus the outer surface is stained. Otherwise it is excellent.

This is my favorite piece of cookware. Besides traditional stir-fry, you can use this for a variety of applications. I actually make my favorite chicken taco recipe in this now. I have also used this to make many roasts. It is an amazing addition to any kitchen and it is always incredibly easy to clean after

As a dietitian I'm always looking for great quality of pans where I'll cook my (and my family's) food!Great quality, I use it in Brazil and just bought a new set for my home in the USA!

It worked well in the beginning, but now it is very STICKY! I can't return it since I brought for several months. Just throw it away. Worst pan ever!

It took me a long time to receive my ordered item. When I heard sand rolling around in the box, I opened the package and found that the glass lid was all broken into pieces. And pieces of glass fell on the floor through a crack in the box and were very dangerous. Because I have a three-year-old child in my house. If you want to avoid the risk of a piece of glass, please do not order this.
