Straps are brittle and cannot be replaced
Receive helmet as a Christmas gift at the end of 2019. After first couple uses in spring, 2020 the strap broke where it connects on the side. Guessing it was defective from the start but didn’t catch it in time. Manufacturer would not replace helmet as we purchased through Amazon, and it was past the Amazon return date. Biggest down side is that you can’t purchase replacement straps, so the helmet is useless. This is the first time we’ve purchased a more expensive helmet and expected more, particularly from the Fox brand.

Nicht das Geld wert
Ich mach es jetzt ganz kurz und Bündig. Die Schrauben vom Schild lösten sich schon bei der ersten MTB Tour. Diese mussten dann eingeklebt werden und einen habe ich leider schon verloren. Obwohl sie angezogen waren. Das Spannrad hinten löst isch die ganze Zeit. Finger weg. Ich bin sowieso schon mit dem Drittanbieter auf Amazon in Kontakt. Aber die Kommunikation ist eine reine Katastrophe.
