The BEST. Period.
If you cook a lot, you know. Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt is THE salt. 😂 I’m a home cook who cooks from scratch constantly, and this is what I reach for every single day. The texture makes it incredibly easy to grab, pinch and season by hand, no clumping and I feel like I have so much more control over how much salt I’m actually adding to my family's meals It’s especially great when you’re seasoning meat, salting vegetables, or adjusting a dish as you cook. There is a reason you see Diamond Crystal sitting in so many professional and serious home kitchens. The best. A permanent staple in mine!

Great salt
I was watching a YouTube channel and a Doctor was conducting a salt evaluation! Out of 6 top brands of salts this one came out the purest salt! He himself started using it versus the one mined in Utah! I too use to the one mined in Utah until he showed it had metal in it because it’s mined with machinery! If you want PURE salt I would highly recommend this salt! Oh yeah, the cost is so much less than the Utah salt!
