How do I start ? This mop has so many pluses. It has two heads for double cleaning power. The dual scrubbers really get the stuck on dirt and grime off my floors. This mop also comes with extra mopping pads which saves money and time. I bought one a little over a month ago of a different brand but it didn’t do what I needed it to do. It was good but the handle not being versatile and letting back all the way prevented it from getting under heavy raised surfaces to clean. This one is amazing in the fact the handle completely reclines back to allow the mop to go completely under the furniture all the way to the back to clean. The well where you put the cleaning solution is very good size without being obvious and without making it excruciatingly heavy. The mop in itself is lightweight and easy to maneuver. The noise level is minimal so as not to disturb sleeping family members. The effectiveness is that of higher more expensive brands with a fraction of the cost. It’s built compact and is easy to take apart for easy storage. This is a well built mop with a great price tag. This would make a great gift for anyone especially a person who has health problems that prevent them from bending over or strenuous back and forth motions. All in all it’s functionally and effectiveness in cleaning is very good. Definitely worth getting.

Being fully honest here. This is not it. This mop is very under powered. I wanted to like it, I mean I do like the design, it looks nice, but functionality is lacking to say the least.Battery - Lasted me for my 1bd 1bath.Power - Severely underpowered. You push the mop it sounds like you are pushing the motor to its capacity.Maneuverability - If this was a car driving past a cop, it would get pulled over. You cannot maintain the handle straight, and moving it around is tedious. Like I said pushing the mop around pushes the motor to its capacity.Mopping Performance - I mean sure it "mops" but it mops as good as 2 cogs wrapped in cloth. It leaves streaks, it leaves a center line of un-mopped territory, and it dries quickly, so be prepared to press that spray button constantly.Durability - I mean I don't know, I'm returning it, can't say how long it would last. My guess a few months with how weak the motor is.Value for money - None. Just save your money.I've been looking high and low for electronic mops, and I came to the conclusion that we are not there yet. No matter what you get, name brand or non name brand you will spend way more time mopping vs doing it the manual way. I get it some people have problems and require some help mopping. Stick with Brissle if you do want to go this route otherwise save yourself the hassle, buy a bluetooth speaker, blast some music and consider mopping a nice light workout by going the manual route.

Love this cordless power mop. Works well, easy to use. Mopping was near to impossible for me to do and this mop has changed my life. I can use it daily with no problems....and sometimes I do. My floors have never been cleaner! Thanks for a great product!I need to add to this review. I lost the plug for the water reservoir and I contacted the company to see if I could get a replacement. Unfortunately there wasn't a replacement part available but they offered to replace the entire mop and didn't even need me to return the original one. I can't praise this company enough. They answered my emails promptly and were more than ready to help me out. Great company! Great product! Don't be afraid to buy this mop!!Well, I need to update this review again! After about 4 months of using this cordless mop nearly every day, the sprayer decided to quit spraying! I tried all of the troubleshooting ideas to no avail. I contacted the company and I'm happy to say that they worked with me to solve the problem and sent me a new unit with all the trimmings! So happy to be a "happy mopper" again. Thank you Blonex!!!

The spin mop is great. Does an excellent job cleaning my tile floors. I can’t believe how much dirt it picks up from what I thought were clean floors. The only negative thing about it is the part of the handle made of plastic. It cracked right at the joint. I contacted the company and they immediately replaced the entire thing. I really appreciate their quick response to this problem. To me it demonstrates a responsible company. I would recommend products from this company because of this. To the company i would recommend that you strengthen this area of the handle.

It's lightweight, not built like a tank, bit after two uses, no problems. It is somewhat difficult to guide. Nice pads come with it.

UPDATED REVIEW: Susie at Blonex contacted me and walked me though getting it working. They offered me a replacement even though we got it working. The problem was that I left it plugged in for many days past being charged and the battery over charged. After being unplugged for about 10 days it discharged and started working normally. I cleaned and polished 300 sqft of floor (until discharged). I recharged it and have used it again. The front nozzle is clogged but the motor runs. The problem is the cleaning agent I use is not their recommended fluid and is thick and sticky. This problem I caused. As I said in the review below, I prefer to use a hand sprayer separate from the machine so I don't used the sprayer. This machine is a great, great value and they have responsible customer service."I bought this in mid January 2026. When I first got it I loved it. It does exactly what it says. Unfortunately after about 1 month of light use the sprayer stopped working. This didn't particularly bother me as I liked to use a spray bottle to spread cleaning and polishing fluid. Yesterday, May 21 2026, it stopped working. It does not hold charge, the light charge indicator is green however it no longer comes on. It is DOA. I held onto the documentation until April, which seems to be the only way to find them to contact them, then finally tossed it as I was really happy with the product. I hope they see this so they can tell me how to fix it."
