They have been very practical for me. I bought them to help me with constipation and they have worked well for me to maintain better regularity. They are easy to take and much more convenient than other products I have tried. I am satisfied with the purchase and I would buy them again.

Great help
It does the job. Take one around 6pm and the next morning it does the deed. I take cause one of the side effects of the antidepressants is constipation, and it does not matter how much water, fruit, nuts, or chia I take; nothing helps.

Easy on the stomach
This is a great product, easy on the stomach. I usually just take one , it doesn’t the job. You will need no more than two nor does it take long to start its process. If you have a early morning start need system to be clear, it’s best to take it right after dinner.
