So great to find a product that's wheat free
I've bought this before and really like it. I have food sensitivities so this is great for me.

Tasty, but a bit pricey and the suggested serving is laughably small
I'm trying to cut down the amount I eat and go a bit healthier, so I thought I'd give this a go.The first thing I had to do, however, is ignore the suggested portion size. On the rear of the packet, in the nutritional information section, it implies that one serving is a tiny 45g. After some experimentation, we've found that 60-65g is nearer the mark, being a large enough portion - with a splash of skimmed milk - to mean I don't feel the need to snack before lunchtime. As is the case with all these granola-type cereals, there is added sugar (and glucose syrup) that brings the sugar content up to 11%. The dietary fibre content is 7.4%, fat is 7% and the 45g serving would contain 179 calories (kcal). The price includes a premium for the Quaker brand name and I have eaten generic-brand granolas with a similar flavour, though I can't vouch for them having the same mix of ingredients.Overall, it makes a nice change from toast for breakfast, but isn't necessarily any healthier, despite the presence of a few trace minerals and the words "Super Goodness" and "Nutri Boost" being plastered all over the packaging.

Unpleasant
I'm afraid this wasn't to my taste. I don't like the dried fruit in the mix - especially the apple - and the granola needs to soak in milk for a while to make it less hard and more edible. I found it something of an effort to consume a whole bowl and gave up - which I suppose reduced by breakfast calorie and sugar intake but not in the way I expected!I would try an individual pack before buying five in bulk to see if you like the taste. Not for me. Two stars.

Decent granola with lower sugar than most
I guess I take more care over what I eat these days and for sometime have been reading packets quite carefully! The good news here is that this seems to be a good granola. Just under 50% wholegrain oats and 27% barley is a good start. Add to this sugar of 11g per 100g which is low for most granolas and certainly "fruit" ones. I use the " " as you probably won't get excited about the fruit content! Dried apple is 2% and raspberry just 1%. Also be wary of packaging - in addition to the oats and barley the packet shows a spoon of quinoa. However that is only 1% of the contents. That said I've found this a very enjoyable granola. I like the texture of granolas however they do tend to be a bit sweet for me these days. This one is not. I would not have a bowl of it - I simply add a few spoon to some other cereal (including sprinkling it on plain porridge - nice). I would certainly recommend the Quaker granolas based on ingredients, texture and lack of sugars mostly.
