The hat looks exactly like the picture. One size fits all, however, did not begin to fit for me. My head is larger than average, but by no means huge, and yet this hat sat on top of it like a tiny beanie. The felt is sturdy and well formed, which also means it is not easy to alter to make the hat fit. I feel like if your head is a little smaller or a little larger than the size of the hat that you will have trouble getting a good fit out of it. Then again, it's a cheap hat and a costume novelty, so I guess you get what you pay for.

This is exactly what we had hoped. We wanted something like Gabriel wore in the walking dead. This hat did not disappoint. Only problem was that the wind liked it too

Rave reviews from the neighbors ! It didn't help me sound more like Father Guido Sarducci (SNL - a few years back). But - it did make me look a bit like him. It was well worth it. With a larger head, you may need to steam the hat (decent steam clothes iron, held under the hat), and place on your head while still soft.

A good deal for a low cost costume. Looks the part of a rural padre. Arrived in quick time and was well packed to prevent damage.

Looks great. Unfortunately, my husband has a big head, so his is one of the doesn't "fit most." We were able to steam it a little and stretch it out. The Saturday deliver was great! Ordered it at about 2:00 yesterday, had it at 10:00 am this morning!

This hat was too small. We didn't end up using it because it didn't fit, but was not worth the money to send back.
