UNIGARDIA Flexible Plastic Lawn Edging, Height 20 cm, Length 10 m

I originally wanted a Corten steel border but that stuff is beyond my budget. I was also worried about grandchildren stepping on or falling on a steel edge so opted for this plastic edging. It's sturdy but flexible enough that it can be straightened out for installation. I wanted a gentle curve to the border but once I'd got it in the ground the 10m length was a little wavy in places, i.e. it was difficult to achieve a smooth curve on first installation. I thought I'd revisit this later when the soil had compacted more but after a day or two the 'waves' had gone (not sure how) and the curve was more or less as I wanted it. The edging sits nice and deep in the soil so no fixing pins are needed and mine sits a little higher in the soil than might be expected because I want the edging to retain a little more soil on the flower border side. Can't comment on durability/longevity yet but so far so good.

Good solid edging. Good plastic nails to secure. Easy to strim against too.

Easy to use, simply unroll and lay flat, it straightens perfectly. Sturdy barrier.

Zeer stevig materiaal. Heel makkelijk te plaatsen. Het was wel niet zo makkelijk om de afboording op maat te knippen.

Excellent quality product. I will certainly be buying this product again
