How do you keep eggs from sticking? We use Pam cooking spray and they stick every time.

I know the feeling. I had the same problem with the 8 and 10 inch T-fal fry pans. I think I went on the internet for help. Anyway, I ended up coating them with vegetable oil and baking them in the oven at something like 350 degrees for an hour. It definitely helped. The big pan is pretty good but the smaller one an egg will stick a little once in a great while. Good luck. Sven Engblom.

Is the cooking surface smooth? Just received and it’s has a few raised dimples and slightly rough surface. Wonder if these are defective.

On the two pans we have, the cooking surface is totally smooth, no dimples, no rough surface.
