Don't waste your money
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had this Cricut Maker 4 for months. It's DOES NOT cut the vinyl all the way. I have contacted support several times. Had someone who's been using Cricut products for years and she couldn't get it to cut all the way. After months of thinking I was doing something wrong, countless hours wasted, vinyl wasted, money wasted I was about to throw the towel in. My friend suggested I just got a bad machine. So I decided to take her advice. Got on Ebay bought a used Cricut Air 2. Guess what? IT CUTS PERFECT. So I obviously got a dud machine. To late to return as I've been at it for months. Pretty sad as I paid $500 for this paper weight. The newest most expensive is not always best.
