Came for the adaptor, stayed for the customer service
My original order appeared to be lost in the mail after being in transit for almost a month. I emailed the company seeing what I should do, and within 24 hours they disbatched a replacement (from Switzerland!) along with tracking information. The replacement arrived today and the product is great, does what it says on the tin, but the real star here is MyVolts customer service.

Functional but unusably short
First off, this does power my Keystep without issue, so it succeeds in that regard.However, It's important that you know the cord is hilariously short; 3ft at most. Consequently, it's useless on its own if your device is on a table of any height.You will definitely need an extension cord for this one.

Came much early than the expected date 📅, well worth the money 💰 spent, works exactly as described/intended and even has a cool switch.
