Delivery was very fast, assembly was very easy and it's very sturdy. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful and nice and helped resolve my issue very quickly. It's the perfect size for my family patio, we had a great time, it was very warm on a cool night! I can't wait to use the grill grate! I had been searching for a good fire pit and this one hits all of my needs. Great product!

This is an efficient wood burning furnace!!! Works wonderfully and as advertised. The ring on top does have to be handled carefully, so it doesn’t get bent, and I still don’t know whether it is proper to have it cone side up or cone side down, but, overall this fire pit stove works wonderfully. Burns a lot of fuel, which is what I wanted for getting rid of old wood - and be aware it puts out a lot of heat and very, very little smoke once the flame gets going. Finishes with almost all of the wood burned - only minimal very small chips left in the end. Size is good for lots of people gathering around, and staying warm with no smoke. Very happy with this purchase especially for the price relative to the big name brand that that’s out there. If I had to do it all over again, I would. Well worth it!

We have owned multiple firepits over the years and this is the very best one yet. The fire gets going quickly and unlike other firepits the smoke is almost nonexistent. The heat is tremendous and the wood burns to a very small amount of ash. I particularly like the ease of removing the ash. Just pick up the handle and it slides right out for easy dumping. The fact that there is virtually no installation is great. Within minutes,of taking it out of the box it’s ready to go. Great investment.

I've had this fire pit now for 5 months and I have some observations. First, smokey wood is going to smoke no matter what. Use dry wood and this thing will make it smokeless. Second, the grill rusted easily. The piece that the wood sits on has some mild rust happening. For what this cost I would expect NO RUST. These things being said, we've used it several times and overall am happy with it. Definitely loses a star because of the rusty cooking grill but otherwise good. I'll just purchase a porcelain grill to throw on top to avoid lockjaw when we cook. Which btw, this thing burns wood FAST and HOT.

Just did my first burn in. Impressed by the fire pit itself - burns efficiently with little smoke and not immediate discoloration of aluminum walls. But one reason I went with this product is that it came with a grate - but the grate that comes with it stinks. 3-4 minutes over the fire heat and it concaved (melted) in a shallow bowl configuration so cooking will be difficult.

This barbecue pit looks very sturdy, functional and lightweight. If you carry the pieces individually, it’s much larger than what I thought so because of that, I had to return it to get a smaller one. I did not use it just unboxed it, but it is very good quality. Very nice looking.

I was skeptical when shopping around for a smokeless fire pit, I opted for the larger unit, excellent price compared to others and the name brand units. when I unboxed it, first impression was that it is very light, metal seems to be thin, the insert piece doesn’t fit without some force, seems to be warped, don’t know if it was just from the shipping. but I have to say, after my first use, it seems to hold up pretty well, some discoloration is to be expected, I put in some fairly wet logs in the fire, didn’t even notice any smoke. with my old fire pit, same logs would have been too smoky to be around it within 10 feet radius and my clothes always stink of smoke. Highly recommend this unit if you’re shopping around for one.
