If your spraying over an existing paint job - this one is for you. Forget the 515.
This tip is fantastic. I'm a beginning sprayer. I started with a 515 tip and it did a great job - it just created an overwhelming thick fog that dropped a fine mist of dry paint everywhere and was hard to breathe or see in. When I switched to this tip and low pressure, it made spraying paint a joy. This thing is fast and lays down a beautiful even coat of paint with one pass.

Works as described, not much less overspray however. Lower pressure was nice but honestly not much better than a tip from the RAC V.

Stop the overspray
Lower pressure creates less overspray. Less overspray less masking or clean-up.

Does not fit Graco X7
This does not fit Graco X7 or SG2 gun. Don’t waste your time. You need the True Airless tips. Black color tops. I left 4 stars because it’s my fault but even Graco online website did not help. I got a pamphlet from The Home Depot showing the sizes.
