I wouldn’t recommend a strap. Strap will tax the handle mounts, or created stress points in the case with the mounting locations. Just my opinion. Personally- the printer, cables and portable dvd reader max out the load on this….

Does it have Bluetooth?

No it doesn’t have Bluetooth. But it is really nice for your travels. It holds my printer and all my accessories and it supports the printer from damage. I actually has 2 of these cases and 2 printers and I leave one at my second home
