Genexa Antacid Made Clean, 72 Chewable Tablets, Berry Flavor

These are a great alternative to tums. They don’t have any of the dyes that Tums have. My wife is pregnant and says they have been helping a lot with her acid reflux. They are just as strong as Tums are. I wish they were a little cheaper. But they are easy to keep on hand and pop in your mouth. They are also bigger than Tums.

The best antacid chewable tablets, they work right away and taste good not chucky!! I actually enjoy taking them as I need. It is also clean ingredients!!

My favorite dye free tums. I like the flavor however my husband does not! They always seem to work effectively for me!

I only get antacid when pregnant - but when I get it. (Morning noon and night in between meals, during meals, before bed, during bed) it makes me feel better within about 5 secs of chewing it! The pros are how fast it works and that is super clean ingredients. Only con is it tastes a bit like a fermented berry, but if you’re like me and can get past the taste it does the job. So I’ll be ordering more! 4 stars until the taste is a little better, but great product and I hope it helps you feel better during your pregnancy too!

I was looking for something more natural to keep by the bed for those times where I end up with heartburn in the middle of the night. I know I can use baking soda and water, but that isn't all that convenient to use when half asleep so I don't have to get up. This is convenient and easy to keep by the bed. The price is obviously going to be a bit higher than a cheap alternative, but totally worth not having the sketchy ingredients.

In response to negative reviews about the flavor, Genexa recently made some product updates. I first ordered this in July 2025 and the taste was so-so. I reordered in November of 2025 surprised to see a change in shape, taste, and texture. These aren’t supposed to be candy, but the taste is a bit better now. I never had major complaints with the first bottle, though. Also, they are now less chalky, so that’s a plus. As far as effectiveness goes, I have been very pleased! I’ve struggled with acid reflux increasingly in the latter half of my pregnancy and these antacids have been a lifesaver (effectiveness has not changed with the update)! I particularly struggled with being woken in the middle of the night by painful acid reflux. A great fix/preventative step for me is to take one tablet right before bed and I haven’t been woken by pain since!

These taste so gross, almost like seaweed. I wanted to love them but when I have bad heartburn to where I feel like I might throw up, these are not what I want to be chewing. They work if my heartburn isn’t severe, otherwise, it doesn’t do too much for me.

Great Option During Pregnancy I really loved these antacids during pregnancy. I felt good about the ingredients, and I especially love that they don’t contain any artificial dyes. They worked well for me and were easy to take as chewable tablets. A great option to have on hand!
