Brilliant. ps. can be done in the oven. same as instructons . but 220c on a baking tray for 20-30 mins. depending on the size of the chicken breasts. do not forget to give them a good thumping with a rolling pin before putting between the baking paper. this really is essential for a well cooked but juicy meal.
