1/2 cost of OE and excellent quality
A great little set of tank pads. Much better (and cheaper) than the ones Triumphoffered themselves for the new Scrambler. And I have NOTHING to add almost two years on. I just finished maneuvering the Scrambler through a bunch of slick muddy log truck roads yesterday and these pads were, as always, indispensable. If you stand on the pegs at all you will find these to have excellent grip and really help to control the bike. An essential mod for a Bonneville that will spend ANY time off road or on gravel, mud or snow. Also can recommend Motone themselves, everything I have ever bought from them has been decent, of a similar build quality to British Customs or Triumph themselves. Not junk, in other words. These have held up for the last two years since the bike was new, and I have ZERO complaints or reason to change/switch.

Good looking, and work well
I bought these because I liked the Union Jack design, and because they are a lot cheaper than Triumph branded knee pads. They are the same size, and stick as expected. Follow the directions and you should be good to go. Mine have been on for more than a year with no issues.

Just what the Triumph needed...
Very happy with the purchase, these are thick! Look great on the bike. Only complaint I had is that it seems these were covered with a whiteish substance (as others stated). I was able to clean them up with some product made for making tires black again... Still rate them as a 5 star, I like these a lot more than what the dealer had to offer.

Cheaper than the originals
I don’t have a single complaint. There was one batch/review about the being gray. I didn’t get the same batch. Mine were black and matched perfectly with my matte black triumph. Such an easy mod. I lined them up then pulled off the adhesive. Again, I have no complaints. Such a great product if you want knee pads.

OEM looks
Simple enough to install, I used stuart fillingham's u tube instructions. They have the tire store rubber odour which I'm sure fades with air and sun. Well worth the cost for the quality of the rubber & 3m adhesive pre installed.

More gray than black
I like the look of these knee pads design wise. As far as coloring, these are not black as others have mentioned. They are more of a very noticeable gray. I seen others suggesting using tire shine on them to get them darker, but I didnt want to have to keep doing that periodically so I decided to spray them black. The paint sticks well to them, however, it dries weird, leaving some visual splotching. Still better than they were original though as without any paint on top they very easy get scuff marks.I still like them. Just wish they were more rubber in texture and pure black as is shown in the product pictures.I have yet to install them on the bike. They have a decent weight to them so Im curious to see how well these hold onto the tank. I may even add some sort of glue before attaching just to be on the safe side.I posted some pictures to show what they look like next to black items, before and after spraying them black. Hope this helps.

Just what I wanted.
Fantastic adhesion with time to re-adjust if needed. Looks great. Went on a 300 mile trip the day after installation.

Thick and durable. Expensive. Mine arrived faded
NOT black. Arrived faded. Pricey. Hence giving it a 4 star review. Not a big deal. Other than that, seems like a quality product.
