Very high quality that works for great health!
In the past I ordered Bentotiamine, blue spirulina, K2, vitamin D3, etc., from Double Wood. But because customer service was nonexistent for questions I had about the K2 I am in the process of weaning myself away from all Double Wood products. This led me bestvite for Benfortiamine. I am thrilled with bestvite. The capsules are easy to swallow and it is totally stearate free. There are NO preservatives, flow agents, gluten and it is non GMO. The quality is very high. Other changes: I am now using naturewise for Vitamin D3. I love it! The capsules are tiny and the content is clean. Going now to rate it 5 stars.

EXTREMELY HELPFUL FOR PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY PAIN RELIEF
Do not know facts about long-term side effects of using, but the short term effect of relief from peripheral neuopathy pain and tingling and numbness is wonderful, so as to not endure the prescription drug side effects of gambapentin, which causes fatigue, sleepiness, unsteadiness on my feet, and now even some temporary (so-far) hearing loss. My doctors can not tell me anything more than what I find of the internet about safety, but one finds that one has to do what one has to do. Viable alternative for anyone who is already unsteady on their feet to avoid worsening that condition.Update: After using this product since summer 2018, I can credit this product with saving me from unbelievable misery from peripheral neuropathy due to medically necessary treatments. I felt relief starting within an hour after taking the first pill, but the effect only lasted about two hours, so I found myself taking them at a rate that worried me about injurious side effects, but could not resist taking the pill because I needed the relief to be able to live my life.Upon the doctor's recommendation, I also tried L-glutamine and the supplements of the B-complex. Unfortunatley I experienced no relief whatsover from the L-glutamine, which I had hoped would reduce my use of the benfotiamine, since no authentic studies have been done on the long term effects of high doses (or even low doses) of benfotiamine. But since my doctor was so surprised that I was getting no relief from the L-glutamine, I decided to try another brand to see if that made a difference. The brand I had tried first was from the nationally known "nutrition" store chain that I had thought would be more reliable. BEWARE, since the FDA does not regulate supplements, we are totally at the mercy of the sellers, and apparently national name recognition means nothing. I got another brand sold on Amazon, and lo and behold, I felt quite a bit of relief with the new product. So then I started to alternate dosing between the two products, the benfotiamine and the L-glutamine, hoping to reduce at least somewhat any negative effects of over-use of either product. Dosing with either product is now spaced much farther apart, usually at least 8 hours, and I must always use the benfotiamine before going to bed and immediately upon arising, but then I have to take blood pressure pills at those times also, so it is just part of my routine. Lengthy exposure to extreme heat seems to increase the effects of the neuropathy, just as a side note, and since I do a lot of outside work, those are the days that I have to take either the benfo or the L-gluti more often, and if I don't, there will be no sleep for a long time that night, because I refuse to increase the amount I take at any one time to compensate for not having stopped my work to take a dose when I felt the need during the day. This brand has worked extremely well for me, and I could not be more grateful.Good luck to all of you out there who are hurting. BTW, so far I can not attribute any side effects to the usage of befo or L-gluti. But be aware, and try another brand of any supplement that has good repute from others but doesn't do well for you--it may just be a manufacturing problem. Maybe some day the FDA will step in and help us. Oh, almost forgot--tinnitus in my left ear comes right back if I don't take my benfo soon enough, but goes away about an hour after taking the benfo. Another huge HUGE benefit of benfo!!!I can only say, my life wouldn't be worth living without Benfotiamine, even now, 2 years after starting using it.

Thank you reviewers!.
I'm kind of unsure about these. They are cheaper than the "Dr's. Best" I've been taking but these are a little bigger & I had a little trouble swallowing them. I'm probably going to stay with "Dr's. Best which have helped me tremendously with the nerve pain in my feet & toes and the cramping also (don't know how that happened but it has)! Many thanks to all the reviewers out there...you saved me from so much research AND pain! I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Is this my magic pill?
I have only been taking this for a couple of weeks yet have noticed a big difference in my neuropathy pain and my blood sugar levels. Now I am not sure Benfotiamine is to be given total credit for my sugar levels because I also started drinking raw apple cider vinegar each night before I go to bed, (was already drinking it every morning for years) I added the supplement NAC to my regime, and I take two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, twice a day. But my sugar numbers went from staying around 160 to around 100. I haven't been able to get that low even after losing weight. It could be any one of those things, but my blood sugar dropped once I started taking Benfotiamine. Since something is working, I don't want to mess with anything, so I will continue to do the things that have gotten me there.Back to the subject of neuropathy pain, some time back I added 100 mg of B2 and got some relief from the pain. While this helped take off the edge of pain, I felt I still needed more help. So I still take the B-2, along with a B complex, I think adding Benfotiamine was what I needed to bring the pain level down more. I wished I had known about this years ago. I have been through a lot of suffering due to neuropathy in my feet. It was a torturous nightly and sometimes daily pain.I hope that anyone else who is suffering from neuropathy pain will give Benfotiamine and B2 a try. It just may be what they need as well.Update: Since writing this I have had a couple of days that I thought the Benfotiamine had stopped helping my neuropathy pain, but I continue to take it because of other benefits that I seem to be getting from it. After more research, I discovered I needed to be taking B6 (P-5-P), Folate, and magnesium chelated with Benfotiamine. Well, I wanted to report that my neuropathy pain seems to have subsided some but not completely. But compared to how bad the pain had gotten, I am glad for any relief I can get.
