So I was looking for something to use with my 2nd daughter that didn't look like that Aden and Anais blankets my older already has. I purchased one to see how it compared. It is more stiff than A+A, but after 5 washes it has started to get softer with every wash, and I think it will eventually get there with use and washing. It also seems slightly thicker and possibly less breathable. I think I am going with them, but for the price, I think Aden and Anais is probably the better bet.EDIT: These were my go to at first, and I ended up really liking the feel of the weave. BUT. They shrink. Well they both shrink, but these shrink more which doesn't matter until you are trying to swaddle a big 3 month old. The A+A are getting increasingly easier to use. The A+A are also slightly more stretchy, which also helps. I have included pictures of the difference.

This blanket is amazing, we have 3 of them. I am sorry I just found them with my last child. The color pattern on the Lush Pink blanket is absolutely beautiful. It is very large and we have used it for multiple purposes. In the summer it was a wonderful blankie for baby to sleep soundly snuggled up in the warm breeze. The material is strong enough that you can use it to put baby down on the ground or on another safe surface. I put my daughter on one every time I lay her on my bed to keep her spit up/drool off of my comforter. Now that it is chillier outside we use it as a cover up for nursing or I fold it into a square to wrap around her while she's in her baby carrier for added warmth. We've even used it while laying on another blanket in the grass and held it up for the wind to gently blow ripples through it as it floats above us, my daughter finds it mesmerizing. It's our "Thneede." I fully recommend this product for every parent of an infant.

Ehhhh.....I thought I would add this one to my swaddle collection. It is smaller, and more stiff/scratchy than any of my others, and the picture color is off. The pink is brighter than I wanted. Maybe it will improve with washing, as far as softness, but right off the bat I am not overly impressed, and would not give as a gift.

I wish I had found these when I had newborns. I live in Florida and was always searching for a nice heavy sheet that is made of a soft cotton to cover my children instead of a blanket. These are perfect! We use them for our older girls to snuggle with on car trips now!

I wish I was given these blankets with my first babies. They are so soft. My 2 year old love to wear them like a dress. They are great for swaddling, a nursing cover and just to snuggle with.... bought more.

A lot bigger then I needed. Didn't end yup using at all.

I love the material!!! You can wash and wash and wash it and it won't get pills on it like the other swaddles we have! It's pretty too :)
