Love love love
This shower head is marvelous. No matter how tired you are when you turn this lovely shower head on it makes me smile every morning. I seriously love this shower head. Only issue we have had is that the button to turn the shower on has come out a few times. But other than that this suite is beautiful to look at easy to clean and we love it.

Love, love this set
Love, love this set. Its not polished gold, has a bit of an industrial feel which is what I wanted. The tub spout is unique and the shower head works just fine for a guest bath.

Design flaw with possible property damage
I'd give it zero or minus stars if that were possible. If that seems harsh, please read the full review. The trim kit is one of the last things installed when you renovate your bath/shower. You buy the Kohler valve separately, install that in your wall and connect it to your plumbing. Then you install your mold-resistant concrete board, then your tile. So the Kohler valve is in there for good. No going back now. Then you install the Kohler shower head and tub spigot. Finally, you install the valve trim. But your pricey valve handle is just a little wobbly, and there's a 1/8 inch gap between the handle and the sleeve that you can't adjust away. And the stem extension doesn't seem to quite secure down. It's close-ish, and you'd probably have to be really nit-picky to complain, and a plumber would probably say "I've adjusted all the slack, that's as good as it gets."But that's because there's a design flaw in the stem extension that you install in step 21.The stem extension is not sufficiently bored out to an adequate depth to fit over the valve stem fully. This prevents the handle from mating properly with the sleeve. It's not just cosmetics and a slightly wobbly handle either. The stem extension is supposed to mate to the o-ring that you replace in step 13. But because the stem doesn't fit, there's no contact with that o-ring. In addition to the bore-depth being insufficient, the diameter of the extension is also too small. If you look at the stem extension in step 21 in the instructions, there's another o-ring on that that should mate with the sleeve, but it doesn't. Mine was so loose there was daylight visible around the o-ring.And that's where you get to the potential property damage. The rest of the kit is all gasketed up and tightly sealed, but the non-contact with o-rings COULD (not saying WILL) but COULD let water through. After all, why would Kohler put o-rings there if sealing wasn't needed?. It would probably be a very slow ingress and might do nothing at all, maybe just gunk up the anti-scald adjust collar, or it could fester and mold away inside your walls and you'd not find out for a really long time.I never actually got to the installation stage since I've learned a long time ago to dry-fit the parts before installation to A) make sure everything is there; and B) make sure it's what you want before permanently installing it in the wall. I only wasted 3 hours going through roughing in the 2x4's, and then way too much troubleshooting the poor fit.If I can figure out how to add pictures, I'll do that and show what I mean.
