This isn't just a pretty face though, as it has completely transformed my home cleaning routine, especially as a pet owner. Right off the bat, I was impressed by how quiet this vacuum operates. When I'm working from home, I can set it running without any disruptions to my concentration. Even when it's in the same room, the noise is barely noticeable, just a soft, unobtrusive hum. This is a vast improvement over my old vacuum, which would startle my pets and make me wince every time I used it. The suction power is truly remarkable. It effortlessly picks up the tiniest pet hairs, as well as larger debris. With my furry friends shedding constantly, I used to struggle to keep my floors clean. But now, the Eureka E20 Plus makes short work of the mess. The anti hair tangling brush has worked very well and I didn't have to constantly detangle it like what I had to do to my old robot vacuum. The bagless self emptying station is a godsend. With a whopping 45 day capacity, I don't have to worry about emptying the vacuum frequently. Whether I'm swamped with work or away on a trip, I know my floors will stay clean. Emptying the self emptying station every few weeks is a breeze. The accompanying app is a joy to use. It's incredibly intuitive, allowing me to easily schedule cleaning sessions, adjust the suction power, and even set no go zones. I can control the vacuum from anywhere using my smartphone, which is super convenient. The mapping feature of this robot vacuum is spot - on. It quickly and accurately maps out my home, navigating around furniture and obstacles with ease. It knows exactly which areas it has cleaned and which ones it still needs to cover. This means no more missed spots or redundant cleaning, making the whole process highly efficient. The fact that it doubles as a mop is an added bonus. After it vacuums, it can then mop the floors, leaving them not only clean but also shiny. This is perfect for maintaining a clean home without having to use multiple cleaning appliances. First off: this vacuum is fantastic—but you really have to dig into the settings to unlock what it can do. I was specifically looking for a robot vacuum that doesn’t rely on mopping. I just wanted something that could consistently keep dust and debris under control throughout my apartment at different times of day—especially since I’ve had limited mobility following an injury a couple of years ago. The app is excellent—clean, intuitive—but there’s a learning curve. Once I found how to disable mopping and crank up the suction, everything changed. Yes, higher suction drains the battery faster, but the cleaning performance jumps significantly. On standard power it’s fine; on turbo, it really delivers. One feature I love is the dual 3-arm spinning brushes on either side. They do a great job pulling in dust, dirt, and anything tracked in—especially around entryways. Combined with the stronger suction, it leaves floors noticeably cleaner. Noise-wise, it’s comparable to other robot vacuums I’ve owned. The self-emptying base gets loud for about 30 seconds, but honestly, that’s a small price to pay for not having to deal with the mess yourself. It’s not excessive, and for me, it’s completely worth it. The navigation is solid. The LiDAR system does most of the mapping and guidance, while the recessed sensors help it avoid obstacles without getting scuffed or damaged—something I’ve seen happen with other brands like Roomba. It moves confidently and handles thresholds and door edges without any issues. The first full-apartment clean (during mapping) was honestly shocking—in a good way. When it returned to the base and emptied itself, it filled the container instantly. That alone showed me how much it was picking up that I couldn’t keep up with physically. I typically empty the base every 2–3 days now, and it’s been consistent and reliable. The build feels sturdy, and it handles my hardwood floors and area rugs with ease—without the strain that comes from using a traditional vacuum (which has been tough on my back post-surgery). As for mopping: it’s there if you want it. It comes with pads and a small water reservoir—probably good for light surface cleaning—but I personally don’t use that feature. My focus was vacuuming, and that’s where it shines. Bottom line: this vacuum has made a real difference in my day-to-day life. It’s powerful, customizable, and incredibly helpful if you want a hands-off way to keep your floors clean. I’m genuinely impressed—well done, Eureka.

I really like this robot vac and is an improvement to my previous Shark robot vac which is being used in the basement now. It is quiet and the navigation is better in every respect. For a mid range robot vac, it avoids most obstacles and any bumping is gentle. Though, cables and other small items will get dragged around, you just need to clear them out. The mop part is good but is basically a wipe, as it just drags the pad around. For my usage this is ok as it helps with picking up fine dust that may be bound to the living room floor and not easily suctioned. I tested it by pouring milk on the hardwood floor and it did wipe it up just fine, though this isn't my main use case for the device. I washed the pad immediately afterwards, so the milk wasn't spread around. The bagless nature of this robot vac was an important consideration in purchasing it and it works really well. Not having to worry about replacing bags is a huge plus. The app is very good and full featured, having options like no go zones and room divisions. Overall, I'm well pleased with this purchase.

Love it! Simple to setup and have it start cleaning right away. Does a great job with the cleaning. App is intuitive to use and feature packed. Mapping is great. 5 stars, highly recommend. (Modded mine with some googly eyes. 😁)
