This is a good quality made soft stretcher
I bought this soft stretcher to use to transport my bedridden dad who is very old and can't go into a wheel chair or use a walker. My dad once had to go to the hospital and after calling 911 the paramedics found that they could not use their gurney to transport him through the door way of my mom house. The fire dept used a disposable soft stretcher to put my dad into the ambulance. This is when I felt he needed one of these by his bed side in case their is another emergency and no one can transport him out of the home. This stretcher kit came with other things in a velcro pocket which included 2 yellow road side blankets and 4 foil reflector blankets which is mainly to retain the persons body heat and also be used as a reflector if you want to flag down some help if you are stuck somewhere in the mountains. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and this was bought from Super Survival Kits on Amazon.

Seems to be good product.
Seems well built and sturdy. Stitching in the handles also looks good, maybe not for everyday hard use but for my use, it will be perfect. (LE response to active shooter scenario) Has 2 yellow "highway" blankets that appear to be sterile, but it doesn't say it on the package. Either way, they're packaged well. It also has 4 foil thermal blankets, 4 triage tags, and 2 pairs of nitrile gloves. It's also pretty compact, approximately 12"x12"x2.5". It will fit in a backpack, and if you removed the blankets and stuff, you could probably flatten it a bit more.I would buy again and recommend to others as well. 4 stars because I have not used it.

Was expecting something better to use for First Aid Training. This is a toy for children

Not for two person lift.
Not really easy for two people to lift. You really need at least 4 people to lift to keep the patient in a comfortable position. We found that running poles or 2x4s though the handles made it a lot easier to do a 2 person lift.

Real world tough, fiels tested!
Used it for swat tac med training. The handles held up, and it carried and dragged several officers into the 300 pound range with their equipment on. The cement floor shredded it after a few carries but it still performed with rips and tears for the full 3 hour training. Well made, not as packable as some litters but it comes with some storage for med supplies and a spare emergency blanket in a sturdy Velcro pocket. For a swat team or cert team this is a great piece of kit

Mayday Evac stretcher, hope I never need it!
I am the safety officer for a small business. During a voluntary Department of Labor audit we were asked to provide an emergency evacuation stretcher as part of our first aid supplies. I looked around on Ebay etc. and found this to be the best combination of economy and functionality. I checked it out upon arrival and it seems well made and suitable for its intended purpose.

Worth every penny.
The stretcher is very well built. Plenty of handles for carry and a lot of extras such as several emergency blankets, triage cards, signal panel and more. Great piece of equipment to have for emergencies.
