Thumbs up
I've had this belt for about 3 months. The belt is comfortable and there's no bouncing once you have it adjusted properly. The water bottles are easy for me to grab and put back while running. The pocket is big enough for your gels/bars/keys. The pocket will actually expand to fit my iphone, but it's a tight squeeze so I don't use it in that way. I usually just have my jelly beans or gel in there. It's also easy to get that pocket zipped and unzipped on the move. I rinse my bottles out with soap and water, so I haven't had them in the dishwasher. Really great quality belt. I've had no regrets with this purchase and I enjoy using it.

No bouncing no sloshing
Tested it out on a few short runs, and then took it for a 13 mile trail run. It performed wonderfully, no bouncing at all, the liquid levels in the bottles made no difference, nor were they very "sloshy".The slight elastic in the belt makes for a perfect fit, stayed in place even after I tripped over a root and went flying. Very impressed!Had to experiment with where to let it sit, basically find where the bottles feel most comfortable in the small of your back and work from there. My only complaint is that the pocket is not stretchy enough to accommodate a cell phone, which would have been ideal. However it is stretchy enough to fit a few apple slices and raisins.

Belt is ideal for gym workouts, running (details)
I've used this for a few months. The capacity is adequate enough for me to use just one bottle for a 1/2 hour to 1.5 hour general gym workout. Bottles insert and remove easily but securely. A zippered pouch holds my oximeter to check on pulse rate; could be used for keys or change. Adjust for your waist size (belt is elastic), then click belt on and off easily. Ideal for all my uses. It's wonderful not to worry where I left my water bottle. Doesn't interfere with most exercise equipment. Seems well made (strongly sewed Nylon webbing) and reliable. Caps pull to open, push to close, leak a few drops when closing. No significant leakage during running. Might not be comfortable during jumping, as the belt would move up and down. Well worth the price.

Wouldn't recommend for distance runs
This belt did okay for me - I first tried it on a shorter four mile run and found it to be pretty uncomfortable even for that duration. This is the first belt I have used so maybe I am just not used to it - when I wore it tight enough not to bounce it was distractingly uncomfortable. I found that it would loosen up every mile or so and have to be readjusted. I wore it around my hips and it jostled quite a bit especially once the bottles were half empty. The bottles in the back being so close together put a lot of pressure on my back and hips. Other than all of that, it was cool & lightweight, the pocket fit my iphone SE. But I chose to go with a camelbak hydration vest for my training runs.

Great belt . . . but don't overtighten
This is my first hydration belt, and I'm really happy with my purchase. I'm training for a half-marathon and now that my mileage is up, I need to bring water with me on my route. I couldn't fathom carrying water in my hand, even with the special handle to help me hold it, for over an hour. I first used this belt on an 11 mile run and was really happy with it . . . until about two hours after my run. Having read the other reviews, I knew I needed it tight so that it didn't bounce. But I must have had it too tight. It was great during my run, but my back ached for days afterwards at the spots where the bottles rested. I tried it again the following week for an 11 mile run. I loosened the belt and tried to wear it more around my hips, which was pretty much a disaster. I stopped and tightened the belt for my waist, but didn't have it quite as tight as the first time around. Sweet perfection! I had no problems removing the bottles and getting them back in their spots. Drinking while running was definitely more challenging than handling the bottles. I also had no leakage with the bottles. I filled them before heading out and laid them on the counter to see if there was any drips. There was with one of the bottles, but it was due to user error. I simply re-threaded the cap back on and had no problems while out on my route. I'm leaving about a half inch of space at the top when I fill the bottles. For me, the bottle capacity is plenty. I also read other reviews complaining that the bottles are too close together, but I'm a petite female and have no problems at all with the bottle location.

The two bottles are closer together on this model which ...
The two bottles are closer together on this model which only concentrates the weight and makes for more bouncing. And even though there is some elasticity on the belt itself, it's hard to adjust once on. I had to keep taking it off to adjust and then it was hard to fasten the clip.I returned the item and ended up with a competitor that uses a more elastic band and Velcro for easier adjusting. If only Nathan kept selling it's older model I would've purchased it again...In this case I was truly unhappy.

A very well engineered product.
This was my first bottle belt. As a long distance (70.3 & 140) triathlete I was concerned with chaffing, discomfort and back stress. This hydration system has performed flawlessly. I wish I had made this purchase years ago!!!! It holds on 24oz bottle between the two canisters, does not move around while running and has been a life saver on long summer runs. I highly recommend this hydration system.

Leaks!
I am really disappointed that both these bottles have started leaking within four months of purchase, from the bottom. I can't see any reason for this: they haven't been hammered, not dropped from a great height. I've previously used Fuel Belt, some bottles of which lasted for years before inevitably getting lost, and never had this problem before. While the leak is not massive, it's enough that I don't want to leave the bottles on a dry surface and I have to worry how much water I'll lose on a long run. I guess otherwise they do what they're meat to.

Comfortable running belt for long distances.
Used this for several long runs now (up to 20 miles) and been happy with it. It rides above the waist, so it doesn't jostle like previous belts I've tried. The water bottles are good sized and I usually don't fill them up completely to keep weight down. The pocket is WAY too small for most modern smart phones. You can fit a snack in there.
